Another rainy morning and it threatened to cancel our boat tour today at 3pm. By noon, it stopped raining, and someone cleared out. We drove just 20 minutes back up the coast to Western Brook Pond for our 16km boat tour that was to last about 2 hours. But first, we had to walk almost 2 miles just to get from the parking lot to the boat dock. It was misting a bit, but no rain. The two hour boat ride was nice, but sun would have made it better. It was even cooler on the water but we were ready with our furry parkas. We got lots of pics, no wild life, and a nice drive up the west coast of Newfoundland.
