May 25: From Sussex to Sydney, was a 347 mile day. No rain today and partly sunny. The drive was beautiful as the country side was deep green as spring is here and the snow is gone. We make it to Sydney and meetup with Craig and Kim that we will be traveling with for the next two months in Newfoundland. After we met up in the Wal-Mart parking lot, we did some last minute grocery shopping and dinner. I also had to take the bikes of the back of the jeep along with the rack and stuff them inside to get down to the 50' length limit to get on the Ferry boat. We then headed over to the Ferry Terminal about 7pm to wait in line for our 11pm departure. They loaded us on the Ferry aroiund 10:30 and did not push off until 11:30ish. We made a quick tour of the ship, and then it was off to bed, the four of us in a pretty tight/small cabin. Showers were good and hot. G'Nite, tomorrow, Newfoundland! ETA 7:30am, sunrise 5:15am Yikes!
