After our morning ritual of coffee, news, and facebook, we set out from camp on the La Manche Village Trail to the sea. At the end of this 3 mile hike is a suspension bridge that is part of the East Coast Trail that runs up and down the East coast of Newfoundland. I biked most of it yesterday on my mountain bike and that was a rush as it was about 8pm and not many people on the trail. Today many people including a tour bus had dropped off several for this hike. It was a nice hike, but lots of foot traffic. The hike was less than hours with stops and that was pretty much our day. We finish the day with meatloaf (no Cod) and binge on a new netflix series "Designated Survivor".
