Today started off with more rain. It rained until at least noon before we headed to town. The girls wanted Mani-Pedi's so off we went to downtown Cabarete in search of a nail salon. One was appointment only, another could only take one, so Kim was first up. While she was getting worked over, the rest of us walked the stores and beach. We ended up at the East end of Cabarete Beach at a beach bar over looking the bay and beach. We sipped our Pina Colada's and enjoyed the view as the clouds cleared and the sun came out. We walked up the street to the grocery store and picked up some odds and bits then back down the beach to Ojo's as we waited on Kim to finish up. Our canadian friends Ann & Julie were just finishing up a dental appointment and going to meet up at Ojo's. We get to Ojo's and get us a nice big table, and the stories and chatter begin. Ann can tell stories, she is a hoot. Kim, after two and half hours meets up with us, we have dinner and more drinks as the sun sets. Its now 8pm, time to head home. Yoli lost out on the Mani-Pedi as we did not have another two and a half hours to spend, maybe another day. We get back to the villa after 9pm and hit the sack. Another fun day in paradise with new friends and old friends, good times making memories.
